NOTE! The Purelux relay wiring harness is also suitable for connecting additional lights other than Purelux. Our range also includes wiring harnesses with other connectors, and of course you can remove the connector from the wiring harness and connect the light directly to the wires. The Purelux Dualrelay relay wiring harness is an innovative and easy solution for installing 1-4 additional lights in CAN-bus controlled vehicles. This relay wiring harness has an integrated Plug&Play type slot for the XBB relay, which together with the XBB OBD Dongle controller allows you to capture the excitation current for the additional light directly from the CAN bus. When used alone, the "problem" of the XBB relay is that it can only handle 180W powerful lights (e.g. 2 x 90W). However, many lights today are much more powerful, so they cannot be connected directly with the XBB. When the XBB relay is connected to the Dualrelay wiring harness, it sends the excitation directly to the wiring harness's own relay, which also allows you to connect more powerful additional lights to the vehicle without having to make any changes to the wiring harness. The wiring harness is available in versions with one or two outputs, so it allows you to connect 1-2 lights. In addition to the DTP-2 connectors, the wiring harness has one separate wire that is powered by the "Output2" channel of the XBB relay, so it can be used to turn on the parking light, for example: the white wire is connected directly to the parking light wire of the additional lights. The wiring harness is directly connected to 12V power. The max. current capacity of the 1-output wiring harness is 280W, the max. current capacity of the 2-output wiring harness is 480W (240W / connector), the max. current capacity of the 3-output wiring harness is 720W (240W / connector) and the max. current capacity of the 4-output wiring harness is 800W (200W / connector. Note! In addition to the wiring harness, you also need the XBB OBD Dongle & PowerUnit switching relay.
