The Purelux Panther Heat S540 is a highly efficient led bar equipped with a heated lens, high performance and a wide combination beam. In addition, the light has two different power modes, thanks to which you can switch on either the more moderate power mode approved for road traffic or the PowerBoost® mode that releases all the light output. The unlimited PowerBoost® mode raises the driving experience on sections that require maximum light output to a completely new level, as the light output is measured up to 17795 lumens and the range up to 750 meters (@ 1 lux). The power mode can be changed easily by pressing the button on the frame, meaning that there is no need to make any extra connections. Thanks to the lens that automatically heats up, Panther Heat's shocking light output and wonderful light beam do not weaken even in bad conditions, but the lamp is always at its full potential!
"Notorious Panther performance"
Unlike usual, you don't need to connect or disconnect any extra wires to activate the lamp's different power modes, instead switching between PowerBoost® and road mode is unprecedentedly easy by pressing the button at the end of the lamp. The last used power mode remains in the lamp's "memory", and thus there is no need, for example, in road traffic use, to ensure that the lamp always turns on at maximum power, when the power is turned off in between and the car starts moving again.
Note! You can clearly see the difference between Purelux PowerBoost® and road traffic mode - PowerBoost mode is significantly more efficient and should not be used when driving in normal road traffic, only off-road.
The beam of the Panther Heat S540 consists of a rectangular wide main beam, which is the perfect combination of both range and width. The light beam opens right from the front of the car and illuminates the whole road from side to side, while the brighter main spot in the middle of the beam directs the light far ahead. In the vertical direction, the light beam is softly delimited, as usual from other lights of the Panther series, thanks to which the light is not unnecessarily lost in the sky, and a blinding ball of light does not form in front of the car. The height of the beam is optimized to be sufficient even for hilly terrain and for roof installations of heavy equipment.
In addition to the precisely finished light beam, a feature that significantly improves the driving experience is the light's neutral color temperature of 5000 Kelvin. Neutral color temperature is optimal for road traffic, as it facilitates the observation of terrain shapes and obstacles, and it does not distort the color of objects. In addition, it dazzles less cool tones from e.g. snow cover or in fog and rain, and reduces the strain on the eyes. The 5000K color temperature perfectly matches newer cars with standard LED or Xenon lights, and brings the desired brightness and sharpness even alongside traditional halogen lights.
